Terms of service

Updated 9 October 2026

1. The service

Extraktor reads public web pages and documents, searches the web and gives the results to you and to your AI agents: in the web app, through the MCP server and through the CLI. DENNIS KORTSCH, a sole proprietorship (enkeltpersonforetak) in Norway (organization number 937066333), provides the service. These terms apply when you use it.

2. Your account

Give correct information when you sign up. Keep your sign-in and your API keys secret. You are responsible for the use of your account and your keys, also by the agents that you connect. Do not make more than one account to get more free credits.

3. Credits and plans

4. Acceptable use

Use Extraktor only in a lawful way. Do not:

We can stop or limit an account that breaks these rules, and we can block requests that put the service or other sites at risk.

5. Web content and AI output

The content of a web page belongs to its owner. Extraktor gives you no rights to it. You are responsible for your use of it. Results can be incomplete, and AI outputs can be wrong. Check important facts at the source.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep Extraktor available and correct, but we give the service as it is. We can change, add or remove features. When a change removes something that you pay for, we tell you before it takes effect.

7. Liability

To the extent that the law permits, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profit or lost data. Our total liability is at most the amount that you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit liability that the law does not permit us to limit, for example for gross negligence or intent.

8. End of the contract

You can stop using Extraktor and ask us to delete your account at any time. We can end the contract with 30 days of notice, or at once when an account breaks these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

When these terms change, we update this page and its date. For an important change, we tell you by email before it takes effect.

10. Law and disputes

Norwegian law applies. The courts of Norway decide disputes. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the law of the country where you live, and you can use its courts.
